Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash (pick up and delivery)
eTransfer (domestic orders)
Wire Transfer (international orders)
Credit (+3.4%)
Pay Pal (2.9% or FREE if sent as Friends & Family)
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold animals. Payment plans are 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.
We do not hold animals without payment or a deposit
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping
Terms of Sale:
All policies in place are subject to change as we deem necessary
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual for any reason
By making a purchase, you are accepting these terms
We do not sell persons under 18 years of age unless we receive parental consent
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
We do not provide photos of the parents of any animal we sell. This is considered proprietary information
Feeder orders greater than 50 units will be calculated by weight
Shipping:
We ship Monday – Wednesday
Shipping rates are dependent on the item (Feeders or Animals) and quantity ordered
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the address provided once shipping arrangements have been made
Feeders and animals are shipped overnight to the buyer's nearest UPS or FedEx HUB, where they will be held for pickup. Hold for Pickup orders must be picked up within 24 hours of delivery as determined by tracking provided by the courier. In the case of home delivery, the shipment must be accepted upon first delivery attempt.
Shipments may be delayed due to postal holidays, weather or at our discretion
We will NOT ship if the destination temperature exceeds 32°C or falls below -1°C (90°F or 30°F)
Heat pack(s), cold pack(s) and insulated ioxes will be included in orders as needed
We will not ship to a P.O. Box.
Auctions:
Must be paid in full no later than 24hrs after the auction ends
Health & Wellness Guarantee:
Live arrival is guaranteed!
We offer a 3 week guarantee provided your new Snake has been quarantined and receives appropriate care after they leave our facility. We guarantee that our snakes are healthy and well established eaters up to and including the date of shipment.
Should a health problem arise, we ask that you contact us by phone immediately for support. Moreover, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the health and care of your new snake, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will not reimburse veterinary expenses incurred without our authorization.
In the unlikely event that your snake or feeders arrive dead please contact us immediately before taking any actions. Please do not throw away the animal, feeders or box as we will ask for proof by photos. We will request photos of damaged box (if applicable) and or dead animal, feeders inside the original shipping container. DOA animals must not be removed from the original containers. If you do not contact us within 24 hours and do not provide the necessary proof and details, we will be unable to replace your order. A replacement is at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
Genetics & Gender:
We provide genetic information on the lineage of all retail animals. Wholesale animals do not include lineage information.
We check the sex of our animals multiple times before they leave our facility, in order to guarantee gender. Should the gender of your animal be accidentally mistaken, a full refund shall be issued (at the buyers request) after the animal is sent back to me
